Rutuja's journey began as a Dentist in India after graduating from Dr. D Y Patil University - Pune, followed by a dual Masters in International Public Health and Health Management at the University of New South Wales (UNSW), Australia where she earned the prestigious Future of Change Scholarship, awarded to leaders with potential to shape the future.

 

With experience across private, public, and corporate sectors in healthcare spanning Australia, Canada, India, USA, and Uganda; Rutuja founded PRAXIS: a vision to empower dentists with global knowledge, practice systems, and growth strategies.​​
